Objectives & Goals:

The Napa County Young Lawyers is a division of the Napa County Bar Association established for local attorneys under age 36 or practicing law for less than 7 years. The objectives of the division are to establish long term professional relationships among the emerging generation of attorneys, to educate young attorneys on fundamentals for success in the practice of law, and to engage in service projects to benefit the local community.

Goals in the first year:

– Establish Board of Directors and Committee Members
– Have a quarterly mixer
– Perform 1-2 service projects related to the practice of law

Admission Requirements:

Members of the Napa County Bar Association who are under age 36 or have been practicing law for 7 years or less are automatically admitted to the division.

Committees (2 people each):

  • Education Committee
  • Social/Bar Review Committee
  • Community Outreach Committee
